Threads in the Mirror
A personalized reflection process for people who keep circling the same questions or reactions and want help seeing what’s underneath.
You might be noticing patterns in your life—
ways you respond, relate, or move through the world that feel familiar, but not fully understood.
Maybe you’ve found yourself wondering:
🤔 Why do I keep doing this?
🧐 What am I missing about myself?
😕 Why do I feel stuck, even when I’m trying?
🫤 Can I trust myself?
These questions often point to something deeper that’s asking for your attention.
You probably don’t need another explanation, label, or piece of advice. But it can be deeply helpful to have an unbiased mirror for what your own life has been trying to show you.
What is Threads in the Mirror?
This process doesn’t tell you who you are or give you specific instructions about what to do.
It offers space to step back and begin to understand what may be shaping how you respond, relate, and make sense of things.
You won’t walk away with a single answer or a perfect plan, but you will leave with a clearer sense of your inner landscape, the patterns showing up in your life, and what you may want to explore next.
Sometimes, seeing yourself more clearly is what allows new possibilities to emerge.
At its heart, Threads in the Mirror is a way to step back from the questions and reactions you keep circling so you can see them with more clarity, compassion, and room to respond differently.
How it works
Step 1—Your Part
You’ll receive a set of reflective questions to complete in your own time.
There’s no right way to answer—respond honestly, in whatever way feels natural to you.
These are not generic journaling prompts.
They are beneath-the-surface questions designed to bring forward what repeats, what feels charged, what feels unresolved, and what your story may already be trying to show you.
Step 2—My Part
Next, I’ll review your responses with care and attention.
This is where I look beneath the surface for what repeats, what feels important, what carries emotional weight, and what may not yet be fully recognized.
Step 3—What You Receive (The Threads I’m Noticing)
You’ll receive a personalized reflection where I share what I’m noticing beneath your responses, along with an invitation to explore what feels true, clarifying, or ready for your attention.
This may include:
recurring patterns
relational tendencies
values or tensions
emotional undercurrents
protective patterns
questions or next steps that may be ready to explore
language that helps you better understand yourself
Choose the level of support you want
Threads in the Mirror is available in three levels, depending on how you prefer to receive and process reflection.
You can choose a written reflection, add a video if it would help to hear me talk through what stood out and offer additional nuance, or include a 1:1 session if you want space and support to have a conversation about what lands and what feels ready for deeper exploration.
A Note Before You Begin
You don’t need to prepare anything for this process beyond your responses to the questions you’ll receive at the beginning.
There’s nothing to get right here. This is a chance to step back, see yourself more clearly, begin understanding what is coming into focus, and consider how you want to respond.
You don’t need to know exactly what is changing yet, but this process works best if you’re willing to reflect honestly, consider new perspectives, and stay gently engaged with what becomes clear.
What You’ll Walk Away With
✨ A clearer sense of how you move through your life—and why.
✨ A deeper understanding of patterns you may have felt but couldn’t quite name.
✨ Moments of “this makes sense now,” where things begin to feel less confusing or tangled.
✨ More awareness in how you respond so you can begin making choices that feel more aligned with what you actually know, want, and value.
✨ A subtle sense of ease, like something inside you has softened, settled, or finally has language.
✨ More compassion for yourself and a clearer sense of what may be ready to change.
You may begin to recognize:
✨ How often you abandon your own needs to maintain connection
✨ How much energy goes into questioning yourself
✨ That a pattern you thought was “just who you are” may actually be protective
✨ Recurring tensions between freedom and belonging, softness and strength, certainty and self-doubt
✨ Where your inner knowing is asking for a different response
Who this is for
This is for you if:
you feel stuck or caught in patterns, but you’re not entirely sure why
you’ve been trying to understand yourself, but something still feels just out of reach
you notice yourself reacting in ways that feel familiar—but not fully intentional
you tend to overthink, question yourself, or go in circles trying to figure things out
you want clarity before diving into deeper Awaken Through Your Story work
you’re open to seeing yourself more honestly, without needing to fix or change anything right away
you are willing to reflect honestly, explore the patterns that emerge, and allow that awareness to shape how you respond
You don’t need to have it figured out. You only need enough curiosity and self-honesty to look a little more closely at what’s already there.
Who this is not for
This may not be the right fit if:
you’re looking for therapy, crisis support, diagnosis, or trauma treatment
you want someone to tell you exactly what to do, give you a fixed identity label, or validate your experience without reflection
you are not open to considering your own patterns, choices, or participation in what feels stuck
Threads works best when you are willing to bring curiosity, self-honesty, and a sense of personal responsibility to what comes up.
How This Connects to Awaken Through Your Story
Threads in the Mirror can stand on its own as a complete reflection process.
As you start to recognize patterns, you may notice a particular experience, moment, or season of life that feels connected and invites further exploration.
That’s where Awaken Through Your Story comes in.
Threads in the Mirror is a way to step back, recognize the patterns showing up across your life, understand what may be asking for your attention now, and consider how you want to respond.
Awaken Through Your Story offers a more immersive experience to explore the stories, experiences, themes, and patterns that have shaped you, understand how they may still be influencing how you move through your life, and begin integrating what is ready to be seen.
A Few Words About How I Approach This Work
I come to this process as someone who naturally notices recurring themes, subtle tensions, and the deeper threads beneath what you share.
I bring my head, heart, body, and spiritual connection into this process.
This means I’m not only looking for logical patterns, but I’m also listening for emotional undercurrents, embodied cues, intuitive impressions, contradictions, and what seems ready to come into clearer view.
My role isn’t to tell you who you are.
It’s to reflect back what may already be there, but not yet fully in view.
