I'm excited to share this next season of At the Edge of Light & Shadow with you! This season, we're going to look at the ideas of Emerging + Becoming, especially when it comes to the "messy middle" of big—or small—transitions in your life.
In the exploration of Emerging + Becoming this season, we’ll look at acknowledging what has changed, living with uncertainty, becoming more discerning about what’s calling for your attention, trying things without needing them to resolve the uncertainty, noticing what happens when those experiments encounter the world, and integrating what we learn.
