A Guided Exploration of

Identity and Expression

A private pilot experience for women who sense that something is changing within them and want to explore how that change might take form.

You may know that you are not quite the same person you were a few years ago.

Your priorities may have shifted. An old role may no longer fit. A quieter, bolder, more creative, more private, or less conventional part of you may be trying to emerge.

You may not even be able to name exactly what is asking for more space in your life, and this shift may not be visible yet in the way you create, dress, speak, participate, arrange your surroundings, or move through daily life.

I’m developing a new guided experience for women who want to explore the gap between what is emerging within them and how it might find expression in their daily lives.

Together, we will follow one meaningful thread through reflection, conversation, observation, and a small expression experiment.

The aim is to help you recognize what feels outdated, underexpressed, or emerging and explore how one aspect of that shift might take tangible form.

This may be for you if:

  • You sense that something in you has changed, even if you cannot yet explain it.

  • An older role or way of showing up no longer feels fully accurate.

  • A quality, desire, interest, or creative impulse keeps asking for your attention.

  • You sense that some part of you is underexpressed and are curious about how it might become more visible or tangible.

  • You value thoughtful reflection but do not want another personality label or prescribed formula.

  • You are willing to experiment without needing to know the answer in advance.

  • You are interested in exploring this change through some form of outward, visual, or creative expression.

Your experiment might involve clothing or personal presentation, photography, creative practice, your environment, objects or aesthetics, voice or visibility, or another form of outward expression.

I will listen for patterns and connections across what you share, reflect possibilities you may not be able to see from inside your own experience, and help you translate one meaningful insight into a manageable experiment.

What you may leave with

By the end of this experience, you may leave with:

  • clearer language for one aspect of the change you are experiencing

  • recognition of a meaningful pattern or tension

  • a better understanding of where something feels outdated or underexpressed

  • one personalized expression experiment and insight into what it reveals

  • a clearer direction for what you want to explore next

We will follow one thread far enough for you to encounter it in lived experience and learn something that reflection alone may not reveal.

What the experience includes

The pilot includes:

  • three private online sessions: two 60-minute conversations and one 45-minute integration session

  • an opening reflection completed before our first session

  • a personalized material-gathering exercise between the first and second sessions

  • one small expression experiment and reflection before our final session

  • brief written reflections from me

  • limited between-session support for clarification

The process unfolds gradually between the three sessions.

Between sessions, you will have time to reflect, gather material, try your experiment, and notice what the experience reveals.

The between-session work is designed to be manageable rather than intensive, but it is an essential part of the process.

What this is not

This is not:

  • psychotherapy, trauma treatment, or crisis support

  • general life coaching or support with major relationship, career, medical, or mental-health decisions

  • personal shopping, wardrobe editing, body-shape guidance, or a personal-style formula

Emotional material may arise, but our focus will remain on the relationship between inner change and outward or creative expression.

Why this is a pilot

This is a fully structured and individually guided experience, but it is still in development.

I believe the process I have created can offer meaningful reflection, pattern recognition, and a tangible way to explore what is emerging.

I will also be paying attention to how the experience works for its first participants: where it feels most useful, what needs more clarity, and what could be refined.

You are not expected to produce a particular result or confirm my ideas about the process. Your genuine experience, including anything that feels confusing, surprising, incomplete, or especially valuable, will help me understand and refine the work.

What I’ll ask of pilot participants

Because this is a small, collaborative pilot, I’m looking for participants who are willing to:

  • commit to the full four-to-six-week process, including all three private online sessions and the reflection and exercises between them

  • send requested material at least 24 hours before each session

  • communicate if an exercise feels unclear, unmanageable, or outside the scope of the experience

  • approach the process with curiosity rather than a need for a predetermined answer

  • provide thoughtful and candid feedback after the experience is complete

You will not be required to share anything that feels too private, produce polished creative work, or provide a public testimonial.

If the experience feels valuable and you are comfortable doing so, I may invite you to share a testimonial afterward, but there will be no expectation or obligation.

The goal is your own meaningful exploration. Your feedback will simply help me refine the container in which that exploration takes place.

Pilot details

Number of participants: Two

Format: Private and online

Pilot rate: $95

Length: Approximately four to six weeks

Scheduling: All three sessions will be scheduled before the process begins.

Because I am looking for two people who are a strong fit for this particular exploration, participation will not be first-come, first-served.

If more than two well-matched people apply, I may invite additional applicants to join a waiting list for a possible future round.

Why I’m creating this

This experience brings together several threads that have been part of my life and work for a long time.

I have spent years helping people explore identity, personality, personal growth, and the stories they use to understand themselves. My earlier work as a photographer deepened my attention to what can be communicated visually through image, gesture, composition, surroundings, and even what remains outside the frame.

I am also a certified personal color analyst, and I have spent years exploring personal style through my own practice, continued learning, and participation in an in-depth style community.

Over time, I have become increasingly curious about what happens when inner change begins to seek an outer form.

Sometimes it first appears through clothing or personal presentation. Sometimes it emerges through an image, an object, a room, a creative impulse, or a different willingness to speak, participate, or be seen.

This pilot brings those areas of experience together in a new way.
