How can I know if I have the INFJ personality type?
There are a few ways to help you verify your best-fit type based on the MBTI® assessment and theory. One way is to study the cognitive functions of all the types. You can find a brief explanation of the INFJ cognitive functions here.
The second way to help you verify your best-fit type is to take the official MBTI complete online assessment.
The third (and best/most complete) option is to work with a certified MBTI® practitioner. This will give you a personalized, in-depth report and a 1:1 session with me to go through your results and help you verify your type. If you're interested in this, you can find information on how to work with me to verify your type here. NOTE: If you choose a full 1:1 coaching package, you receive either the MBTI® assessment or ELI assessment, or both, depending on the package you choose.
What's your approach to coaching?
My coaching approach with INFJ women is inspirational, encouraging, and supportive but also includes accountability. You get to choose how you'd like to be held accountable for the actions you decide you want to take. In our very first call, which I call the Launch Strong Call, we set the tone for our coaching relationship together and discuss how you'd like to be coached. You get to set the agenda, the type of accountability you'd like to have, and the way you'd like to be coached.
I approach coaching from the perspective of helping you create mindset shifts. This means I help you focus on the things that are within your power to control. Through empowering questions, I help you shift your mindset to see things from a new perspective. This awareness will give you more conscious control over the decisions you make and the way you respond to stressful situations in your life.
I help you make connections to your INFJ personality throughout our coaching relationship so you can better understand and accept yourself. We use this knowledge to help you better understand your preferences and comfort zones—but not to use them as an excuse.
We pause and celebrate your accomplishments throughout our sessions together. INFJs don't often spend time acknowledging what they've done or how far they've come. Pausing to celebrate your accomplishments—big and small—helps maintain your forward-moving momentum.
Do you offer group coaching?
I don't currently offer group coaching, but if that's something in which you're interested, send me a message through the contact form. I'll contact you when/if I offer group coaching.
Do you work with women who aren't INFJ?
If what I share resonates with you but you don't have the INFJ personality type, we may still be able to work together. You can send me a message through the contact form if you think we might be a good match for a coaching relationship. Please share a little about why you'd like to be coached by me and what you're hoping to accomplish and we can take the conversation from there.
Do you work with INFJ men?
I'm not currently coaching INFJ men. I highly recommend connecting with Bo Miller at I Speak People who mentors INFJ men.
How do I know if I'm ready to invest in coaching?
You're ready for coaching if you have a clear goal that you want to achieve. That goal could be personal development, to start a business, or anything in between. I focus on helping INFJ women develop their confidence and leadership abilities so they can live their purpose. You don't have to know all the details or have a plan—that's what coaching is for. You're ready for coaching if you're willing to face your fears and move forward anyway and if you're willing to be held accountable for the plans you create. You're ready if you know you're in control of how you show up in life, even if you need some support to consistently operate from that belief. If you want to gain confidence, have a greater understanding of your INFJ personality to capitalize on your strengths, and want the support of another INFJ woman who will champion you the whole way, you're ready for coaching. If you know you want something more, and you're willing to invest in yourself by investing in the coaching process, you're ready! If all this resonates with you so far, a Discovery Call can help gain further clarity if INFJ coaching with me is a good fit for you.
Do you offer one-time coaching sessions?
I occasionally offer one-time extended Strategy Sessions in which we create a strategy for one very specific issue. I don't currently offer one-time coaching sessions. I announce the availability of Strategy Sessions through my email list.
My primary focus is helping you create sustainable changes in your life and supporting you along your journey. Developing new habits and creating sustainable changes in your life takes time. Old habits and mindsets can resurface, especially at the beginning and when you're triggered. The best way I can help you accomplish the sustainable change you're looking for is through an ongoing coaching relationship over a series of sessions.
I do offer two different assessments (official MBTI® and ELI) which come with one-time debrief sessions. These assessments are offered separately but are included for clients in their coaching packages (one or both, depending on the package you choose).
What's the investment cost for coaching?
This is a totally understandable question, but the total investment for your coaching package depends on what you choose. I prefer to speak to women who are serious about coaching through a Discovery Call so they can determine the value of the process prior to closing themselves off to the idea, or determining they aren't worth it, based on investment cost alone. In the Discovery Call, we talk about the type of package that would work best for you based on what you'd like to accomplish, the number of sessions included, and additional perks and bonuses you get as a client. That said, to give you an idea of the investment, coaching packages start at $1800 USD. I do offer monthly payment plans.
